Here's everything you need to know about getting to the wedding and getting home safely.

Shuttle Service

  • Shuttles will depart from Beacon Train Station directly to Blooming Hill Farm at a specific time prior to the ceremony. If you're arriving by train, please plan to arrive within the designated window so you don't miss the magic. (Exact times coming soon!)

  • At the end of the reception, shuttles will carry guests from the farm to either the afterparty or the Hampton Inn Newburgh. You'll be in good hands either way.

  • Additional shuttles will run from the afterparty back to the hotel throughout the night and at its close, so you can stay as long as your heart desires.

Arriving by Train from NYC

For those traveling from NYC by train, the shuttle to the wedding venue leaves the Beacon Train Station at 3:00pm sharp. Due to logistical issues you will not be able to stop at the hotel first, so please plan accordingly and arrive ready. We sincerely apologize for this abrupt travel timeline. There will be room on the shuttle and at the venue to stow your bags before walking over to the ceremony.

There are Hudson line trains departing Grand Central at 12:55pm and 11:55am which will get you there on time. Missing the shuttle means you will miss the.ceremony, and any latecomers will be guided over to the cocktail hour area. You can find a list of local car services below which you can call in case you have trouble securing an Uber at any point this weekend.

Metro-North from Grand Central Terminal to Beacon Train Station (approx. 1.5 hours). Beacon is about 30 minutes from the venue.

Reminder to ALL guests: arrival at the venue must occur between 3:45 and 4:00 pm.

Local Car Services

Heads up: Uber and Lyft wait times in this area can run 20–30 minutes, so we recommend pre-scheduling a car service if you're arranging your own ride.

Parking

Parking is available on-site at Blooming Hill Farm for guests who are driving.
