Our Story
Both freshmen attending Pratt Institute, we started dating in the early spring of 2018. It was a rather ordinary college relationship; mutual friends, parties, studying, going on dates, meeting the parents. Neither of us was particularly conscious of the fact that we were still just kids, growing up alongside one another, our respective identities vibrating into existence.
For years we floated between our two apartments and basked in the company of friends. Time only deepened our love and admiration for one another. In 2024, we finally resolved to tear ourselves away from the sitcom-esque bliss of roommates and move in together. On September 15th of 2025, in a cabin overlooking the Delaware River at Hawk's Nest, Matt proposed and Marta accepted. We are still the same kids we were 8 years ago and every day we fall in love all over again.
